1. Information we may process

When you use the studio or MCP, we may process your creative instructions, language and style preferences, book settings, generated work, generation status and information related to credit usage.

Payments are handled by payment providers. KDP Coloring Book Studio does not need to store your full card number to provide the service.

2. How we use information

• Create, save, edit and deliver the books and files you request.
• Authenticate your account, maintain security and prevent abuse or duplicate actions.
• Manage credits, subscriptions, purchases, refunds and customer support.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important service changes.
• Measure and improve the product when you have provided the required consent for analytics tools.
• Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

3. Agents and MCP connections

If you connect an MCP-compatible agent, that agent can request access to the tools you authorize. The flow is designed to separate lookups, quotes and creation actions. Creating a book requires explicit confirmation in the compatible flow.

Do not share more information with an agent than your request requires. Review permissions and revoke the connection from the service or client managing it when you no longer want to use it.

4. Providers and disclosures

We use OpenAI and Google Gemini services to generate and transform content. Depending on the requested feature, we may send them instructions, prompts, reference images or files needed to produce the result. We do not send your password or full payment method details as part of the generation process.

We may also share information needed with providers that help operate the service, such as hosting, storage, payment processing, authentication, security, authorized analytics and support. These providers should receive only the information needed for their function and will be subject to their own terms and policies.

We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate fraud, respond to legal process or protect the service's rights and safety.

5. Analytics and cookies

The site may use cookies or local storage to maintain preferences, sessions and consent controls. Optional analytics tools should remain disabled until the visitor gives the required consent.

You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Some features may not work correctly if you block essential technologies.

6. Retention and security

We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain account and payment records, resolve issues, comply with legal obligations or protect our rights. The period may vary by information type.
