Operator and acceptance
Carlos Alfonso Arbelaez Acevedo, an individual located in Colombia, operates KDP Coloring Book Studio. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the service, you accept these terms and the Privacy policy, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
1. The service
KDP Coloring Book Studio is a tool for planning, generating, editing and exporting coloring book materials. Some features use artificial intelligence models and external providers.
The MCP lets compatible agents retrieve authorized information, request quotes, start confirmed jobs and check their status. Features may change, and not every web application feature is available through MCP.
2. Account and security
- You must provide reasonably accurate information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for protecting your credentials and activity from your account.
- Do not share tokens, credentials or authorization links with unauthorized people or agents.
- We may suspend or limit an account when we detect fraud, abuse, security risks or a violation of these terms.
3. Credits, payments and refunds
Some features consume credits. The applicable cost should be shown before an action consumes credits. Credit validity, use, restoration and availability are explained in the Credits policy, which forms part of these terms.
Payments are processed by an external provider. Cancellations, renewals, withdrawal requests and refunds are subject to the Credits policy, the conditions shown at checkout and applicable Colombian law. Do not repeatedly start the same action if an agent reports that a request is pending.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create illegal, fraudulent or abusive content, content that infringes third-party rights or content that violates the rules of the platform where you plan to distribute it.
You may not bypass limits, access another person's account, interfere with the service, extract data abusively or automate actions without respecting MCP permissions and confirmations.
5. User content and generated results
You retain rights you already have in your instructions, brand names, references and other materials you provide, provided that you have the right to use them.
Generated results may not be unique, accurate or error-free. You must review pages, text, covers, metadata and usage rights before publishing or selling a book. The service does not guarantee that Amazon KDP or another platform will accept a file or publication.
By using the service, you allow us to process your materials only as needed to provide, protect and improve the functions you requested, consistent with the Privacy policy.
6. Publishing and compliance
You are responsible for checking Amazon KDP rules, copyright, trademarks, privacy, taxes, AI-generated content disclosures and any other obligations related to your publication.
The service currently does not publish a book directly to Amazon KDP through MCP. Final review, export and upload to an external platform require your decision and action.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available, but interruptions, maintenance, generation errors, provider changes or capacity limits may occur.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available and does not guarantee commercial results, sales, search rankings, publication approval or income.
8. Changes and contact
We may modify these terms when the service changes. The current version will be published on this page. If you have a question about these terms, email caarbela99@gmail.com.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Nothing in them limits mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law. Before contacting an authority or court, you may email us so we can try to resolve the claim directly.
